Data Back-up
If the data on your computer is important, periodically verify the backup service is running.
Open the CrashPlan app on your computer to see the data backup status. The Last backup time should be within the hour. If backups have stopped, a sign-in may restart the process. If not, contact the HelpDesk with the Baylor Asset Tag number found on the computer.
Do this online at https://console.us2.crashplan.com/ using your BearID and DUO.
NOTICE: If you store data outside your Home Directory (on the root drive, in another partition, on an external drive, etc) confirm that those locations are added to the backup location setting. Contact the HelpDesk for assistance.
