Data Back-up
If your computer data is important, periodically verify the backup service is running. Do this by logging into https://console.us2.crashplan.com/ with your Baylor email address and DUO.
Open the CrashPlan app on your computer to see the data backup status. The Last backup time should be within the hour. If backups have stopped, a sign-in may restart the process. If not, contact the HelpDesk with the Baylor Asset Tag number found on the computer.
NOTICE: If you store data outside your Home Directory (on the root drive, in another partition, on an external drive, etc) confirm that those locations are added to the backup location setting. Contact the HelpDesk for assistance.
