If the data on your computer is important, please periodically verify the backup service is running.
Open the CrashPlan (Code42) app on your computer(s) to see the data backup status. You should see the Last backup was a few minutes ago. If backups have stopped, a sign-in usually restarts the process. If not, or if you need help, contact the HelpDesk with the Baylor Asset Tag number found on that computer. Make sure all of your computers needing backup services have a current backup status.
If you store data outside your Home Directory, like on the root drive, in another partition, or on an external drive, confirm those locations are added to the backup location setting. If you have any questions, contact the HelpDesk for assistance.
